Woodridge HOA's COVID-19 Response

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak we wanted to make you aware of some relevant information.

On March 12, 2020, Governor Newsom and state public health officials announced that gatherings should be postponed or canceled across the state until at least the end of March. Non-essential gatherings must be limited to no more than 250 people, while smaller events can proceed only if the organizers can implement social distancing of 6 feet per person. Gatherings of individuals who are at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19 should be limited to no more than 10 people, while also following social distancing guidelines. The following is Governor Newsom's Executive order from the State of California website:

The Board is required to follow Governor Newsom's March 12, 2020, Executive Order. The Annual Meeting was held on 04/16/2020 using the Zoom Online Meeting Application. Until further notice all future HOA Board Meetings will be held on the third thursday of the month at 6:30pm using the Zoom Online Meeting Application.

The HOA Board is sure that most HOA Members have experienced the present food and staple shortages at the local grocery stores. HOA Members are encouraged to contact Dee, our HOA Management Representative, for any needs they have, including transportation and shopping needs, and the HOA will, resources permitting, attempt to assist those HOA Members.
